Reception
The visitor arrives at reception and goes to the 22-inch SmartKiosk terminal positioned for self-service.

Selection / Notification
A drop-down list of staff with Photo, Last Name, First Name allows you to select the person with whom the visitor has an appointment.
The visitor is invited to complete a form with mandatory fields such as LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, etc.
A message is displayed “Staff has been notified of your arrival; he will come to welcome you in a few moments”
Staff is notified directly by email/SMS of the arrival of the visitor

Visitor Communication
- A visitor presents himself at reception and approaches the Physical Kiosk to announce his presence.
- On the screen, he spots the different logos and names of the companies he can contact.
- He scrolls through them if necessary and clicks on the one he wants. The call starts immediately.
- Remotely, the host receives the call: he sees the place of origin of the call and the requested company.
- When he responds, a video and audio conversation begins between the two interlocutors.

Photo & Badges
- As soon as he arrives, the visitor goes to the kiosks positioned in self-service in order to carry out his pre-registration.
- By selecting a purpose of visit that requires a badge, the visitor receives a ticket with a bar-code, and he is invited to go to the photo taking area.
- Scanning the QRCode triggers the photo software.
- He takes the photo and sees the result (he has 3 tries). He validates the photo shoot.
- A message informs him that he can return to wait.
- He is repositioned in the queue where he can be called by reception.

Pre-Registration
- As soon as he arrives, the visitor goes to the kiosks positioned in self-service in order to carry out his pre-registration.
- By selecting a purpose of visit that requires a badge, the visitor receives a ticket with a bar-code, and he is invited to go to the photo taking area.
